Rules and Guidelines

1. #AllNiteCafe is an English speaking channel. You may use whatever language you want in private messages, but use only English in the main channel.

2. No Swearing/Insulting other Users or Ops

3. No Interrogating or Questioning other Users or Ops

4. Please keep links to a minimum.

5. No Abusing other Users or Ops This will not be tolerated under any circumstance.

6. No Flooding

7. Respect for All Gender, Sexualities and Religions; No Discrimination

8. No Advertising, No Colours or CAPS

9. No Sexual Nicknames, or Asking for Webcams

10. No Asking for Ops

11. Follow the directions of channel Operators without argument or whining. This includes putting any op on ignore. If you need clarification regarding a ban or other Operator action, ask about it in a polite and respectful private message. If you are not satisfied or believe that an Operator is abusing his or her position, please contact another op, so please stick to the facts and make sure to include what time (specify what time zone) the incident occurred so that we can research it using channel logs

12. Sex channels as well as #Gulag and #La are blacklisted channels

Report abuse or spam received in private message to an Operator, but be aware that Operators generally can’t police private messages—use /ignore to block unwanted chats (ask an Operator or assistance with this command if needed).

The main kicking and banning reasons are as follows (of course there are always other situations:

1. Bad NICK Detected: Your NICKNAME is considered to be improper. Please change it and then
   rejoin.
2. Bad IDENT Detected: Your IDENT is considered to be improper. Please change it and then
   rejoin.
3. Bad REALNAME Detected: Your REALNAME is considered to be improper. Please change it and
   then rejoin.
4. Bad VHOST Detected: Your VHOST/IP is considered to be improper. Please change it and then
   rejoin.
5. INFECTED or BOT: Your computer is infected, or you’re a BOT, sending bad private messages.
6. UNALLOWED CHANNEL: There are BAD channel names, and we don’t want to be in association
   with them.
